1. DELIVERY – METROPOLITAN AREA
Free delivery to metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas.

2. DELIVERY – COUNTRY AREAS
Free delivery via coach freight and a free tripod speaker stand in lieu of our usual face to face handover

3. HANDOVER AND TRAINING SESSION
Free training session is provided for 1-10 people on site in the metropolitan and outer metropolitan areas. Handover includes the use of system, tuning of 16 channel wireless microphones, use of CD, connection of external devices eg; MP3, ipod, computer, and a run through of charging do’s and don’ts

4. RECHARGABLE BATTERIES FOR WIRELESS MICROPHONES
We provide two genuine Mipro 7.2 volt rechargeable batteries for use with the wireless microphone transmitters at no extra cost (valued at $34 each).

5. REPAIRS  
Should a repair arise within the first 12 months SAV Systems will arrange a free pick up and return delivery in the metropolitan and outer metropolitan area.

6. SERVICING OF UNIT
All repairs are carried out locally via the national distributor’s preferred “authorized” repairer.

7. BACK UP SERVICE
SAV Systems will provide free ongoing expert back-up advice, and trouble shooting for the life of the product.
